After graduating, he signed on as a government contractor for the US Air Force as a Course Developer and Multimedia Specialist for Basic Military Training at Lackland AFB.   After six months he was hired as a permanent employee.

Through his work out at Lackland AFB, he is responsible for developing training videos and presentations viewed by 40,000 recruits every year, ensuring they are ready to enter the enlisted ranks as competent Airmen.  Because of his specific knowledge of the inner workings of the military, Dave looks forward to helping military families through the buying and selling process.

One of Dave’s greatest accomplishments was purchasing his first home in March of 2007 in Alamo Heights.  Prior to buying his home, Dave spent almost 2 years studying the home buying process.  Through this, he realized his passion for real estate and decided to begin taking steps to get his license. 

In his spare time he enjoys updating his 50 plus year old home and cycling around the Alamo Heights area.  He enjoys participating in the Bike World Thursday night bike ride that runs through Olmos Park and Downtown.  If you would like to join, feel free to contact him.
