A resident of San Antonio for over 24 years, Lynette is an avid runner and bike rider who trains and competes locally in races and triathlons. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she graduated Cum Laude.

Lynette’s marketing skills were developed while working for Y100 and KKYX radio in the late 1980’s. She discovered Real Estate as a career when she went to work for one of her radio advertising clients, a real estate company called Patton Corporation who developed and sold land in the Hill Country at Eden Ranch and Cypress Bend on the Guadelupe River and property south of town called Eagle Creek Ranch.

Lynette has represented both homebuyers and sellers for many years. She has formed alliances and friendships with other real estate agents, and with mortgage brokers and title companies. These relationships provide an excellent resource for her clients as they navigate through the process of buying or selling a home, from arranging a property inspection and acquiring a survey, to obtaining the best financing program and, ultimately, closing on the property at a title company in a conveniently location.

“There is nothing more rewarding than finding the perfect home for my client, helping them through the buying process, and handing them the keys to their wonderful new home. It’s not just my job, it’s my privilege to help them every step of the way,” says Lynette. She makes sure that she is there for them any time they have a question or concern. “Real estate is definitely not a 9 to 5 job!” she explains.

Using email to pass along information has been key to providing outstanding customer service, especially when the time frame is short and there are documents that need to be sent quickly. Even when she is out of town (“I rarely take any vacations!”) or in a continuing education class, she is able to return calls promptly. “Having no children has sort of worked out for me with this career,” she jokes. “And my husband is in the construction business and is able to help me out on a lot of things, so that helps.”
