Maritza is a native of San Antonio and has over 10 years experience in sales & customer service.  Maritza received her Real Estate designation from Alamo Real Estate Institute and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and San Antonio Board of Realtors.

Maritza grew up in Alamo Heights, where she and her husband are raising their two children.  She believes in a close family based on communication and trust.  She extends this belief into her professional life, insuring successful transactions and satisfied clients.
