Steve transitioned into real estate after
spending more than 30 year s in corporate America working as an
internal auditor, information systems professional, and management
consultant. His interest in real estate started to gain significant
momentum in 2002 when he began investing in income-producing
property, which allows Steve to draw on his real estate investor’s
perspective when advising clients.
Steve earned his bachelor of business
administrative degree with an emphasis in accounting from the
University of Houston. He is a member of the National Association of
Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the San Antonio
Board of Realtors.
Steve and his wife Sharon share a passion for
historical preservation. They lived in Ryan Place, an historical
neighborhood located in Fort Worth, before moving back to San
Antonio in 2007. They restored three historical homes in Ryan Place.
Their 1926 Tutor Revival home was featured on the 1997 annual
Candlelight Christmas in Ryan Place sponsored home tour and their
1921 Arts and Craft home was featured on the 2004 home tour.
