Deborah Myers Real Estate is an independent real estate agency that treats each client with specialized, personal attention and old fashioned Texas hospitality. Every client is just as important as the next. Deborah's real estate career began in 1990 when she worked as a loan officer for a major mortgage company. After 4 years of sitting behind a desk, she wanted to get out of the office to see the property; therefore understanding the reason why her clients needed to borrow money. Her motivation was being part of each clients desire to find their dream home. In 1997 she received her real estate license and worked for a large franchised agency. She gained a large amount of valuable experience, but felt a need to give her clients something more. She decided then that she wanted to be in control of her own ideas and decisions. She wanted to be able to negotiate her commissions and use her own marketing tools. This is what led to the inception of Deborah Myers Real Estate, Inc. She had to come up with a marketing idea that would set her apart from the established competition. Many brains were picked and different ideas tossed around. It had to be just right for Deborah Myers Real Estate. She wanted something that was inviting, comforting and stuck out in people’s minds. After careful thought, she arrived at the idea that she knew was the one! The white picket fence had all the qualities she wanted for her new company’s look and feel. It made people feel at home. That was how her unique, white, picket fence sign was born. It sets her apart and has now “branded” her company.
In 2001 she started her own company and worked from home for 2 years. Her business expanded to include other agents and they eventually outgrew her “home” office. She then opened the doors at 1864 Nacogdoches, “Carousel Court”, in the Alamo Heights area. Within 2 years she outgrew her 1100 sq.ft. office and in March of 2005 opened the doors at 1812 Nacogdoches with over 3000 sq.ft. The office is comfortable and relaxing. Buying or selling a home can be frustrating and stressful; she wants to make you feel at ease. If you are in the neighborhood stop by for a cup of coffee and she will give you a tour of her new state-of-the-art office. For all your real estate needs give Deborah a call or drop her a line; she'd love to hear from you! |
